Delivery/Collection

We ship worldwide. We aim to process and dispatch orders on the day they are received if stock is available from our Lurgan store, in some cases it can take 2-3 days for items that are held in our warehouse. Should you wish to check stock availability before ordering you can contact us via our contact page to speak to one of our team. 

Shipping to UK address'

Free Delivery
When you spend £75 or over we offer a free delivery service. Your shipping address must be based in the UK (a surcharge may be applied for addresses in certain UK/Channel Islands and Scottish Highlands as well as bulky items).

Flat Rate UK Delivery

For all UK orders under £75, delivery will be a flat rate of £4.95 (a surcharge may apply for heavy items).

 

Delivery of 20L containers of liquids to GB

20L containers of Carron Oil, Apple Cider Vinegar and Linseed Oil attract a surcharge of £10 (per container) for dispatch by UPS to Great Britain. Large quantities can be dispatched by pallet delivery, please contact us for a quote. 

In-Store Collection

If you are local to us then why not collect from our store for free, just simply select ‘In-Store collection’ when selecting delivery options at the checkout. When your order is ready for collection you will receive a notification. On collection please bring proof of purchase (your order confirmation) and a form of ID. Please don't travel until you receive confirmation your order is ready for collection as items held in our warehouse will require 2-3 days lead time.

Ireland

Spend over £100 and we’ll ship your order for free. For all other orders we have a flat rate of £9.95 for the Republic of Ireland.  In some cases your order may incur a surcharge, if this should happen we will be in contact as soon as possible.

EU

For delivery within the European Union we offer a flat rate of £29.95, as we are located within the EU for trade purposes, you will not have to pay any additional import of taxes on your delivery.

Other locations

To other locations we charge a flat rate of £39.95, the receiver may be liable for import duties and taxes, these are beyond our control.

 

Who will deliver my goods?

We use a range of mail services and couriers to provide our customers with a safe and efficient service. These will depend on service/county/weight.

When do you dispatch?
We aim to dispatch all items on the day of purchase for items held in stock at our Lurgan store though this may not always be possible at busy times. Items held at our other locations will take 2-3 days before dispatch. If your item is on special order from a supplier then we will be in contact to let you know if this incurs any delay in your preferred delivery chosen during original purchase.
 
Orders will not be dispatched during weekends or public holidays.
